Product Availability:  Because our products are developed and manufactured domestically we can quickly replenish our inventory if we are out of stock, therefore orders can ship immediately.

Changing Your Order:  At Roylco, we process orders very quickly. Due to the speed with which we fulfill orders, we cannot alter or cancel your order. However, you can be sure we will always provide you with a satisfactory solution! We have the best return policy around!

Returns & Exchanges:  It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Roylco. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your recent purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase in unopened or original condition (excludes clearance items,) and we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund, as you prefer. If you receive a damaged item, we will be happy to replace it at no charge.

***All returns must have a Return Authorization Number.

Damaged Shipments:  If you receive any damaged items in your shipment, please phone, fax or e-mail us as soon as possible, and we will send a replacement right away. In addition, we will make the arrangements to pick up the damaged items. Do not accept damaged shipments.

Sales Tax:  Sales tax is only applied to customers in South Carolina and New York. Customers residing in other US states or US territories will not be charged sales tax.
