HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Standard shipping takes 4-6 business days.
Standard shipping takes 4-6 business days to New York, and 7-10 business days to all other states within the contiguous U.S.
Standard shipments are sent by FedEx Home Delivery.
Shipments to U.S. Territories take 3-6 weeks. We ship to the following U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. While we cannot guarantee delivery times to U.S. Territories, we ship via USPS Parcel Post, or Priority Mail and most orders arrive in a timely manner.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return your products. Returned products must be in a sealed package. The product you return must be in a sellable condition and the freight charges will be at your expenses.
